Primary
We offer all types of highly cost effective lessons ranging from supporting students with special needs (such as dyslexia), to helping pupils catch up in core subjects, stretching and challenging the more able and helping all pupils get ready for high school.
Secondary
We provide expert tuition in all subjects and all ability ranges. The principal focus is on improving children’s confidence and their knowledge, so they are prepared for each exam and ultimately achieve significantly better results.
Home Schoolers
We offer a great new approach for home-schoolers giving them the foundation to their learning with just a few regular sessions a week.

ABOUT US
I am the founder of Acadia Learning and have been an educator for over 30 years. I have taught in schools in London, Kenya and Cardiff and am director of one of the largest teaching companies in the UK. In 2016 I was awarded ‘SECTOR LEADING PRACTICE’ BY ESTYN (EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSPECTORATE), for my WriteKey programme at Evonlode Primary School in Penarth.
I teach in Penarth along with some of the best teachers in Cardiff and surrounding areas. I’m a parent and know the difficulties of getting great quality teaching. Increasingly grades are becoming more and more important for your children to get to the best universities and we make sure that your child has a suitable bespoke approach to learning, which can only be achieved with time and the best teachers. Off-the-shelf franchises are great for some things but at Acadia we are all about excellence at the highest level.
I’ve also run Dragonfly Training for over 20 years, which is an industry-leader in the UK for the advancement of education within schools and we apply everything learnt within this sector and we design and deliver lessons at the highest quality.
